    WY 2023 Hunting Season Proposals

Ya. Ok. We all know that they raised the prices to “improve the drawing odds.” So basically, “We don’t have enough tags to make everyone happy, so we are going to price people out of the game so only those with money can apply and that helps their odds of them drawing a tag.” How convenient...

Giving up on Alaska - anyone been to Costa Rica?

Seems like a wonderful place. "The Costa Rican congress enacted a ban on hunting as a result of the petition in 2012, and the ban has now passed into law. The law makes it illegal to hunt or poach with various associated fines in place and prison time. Hunters caught in the act will face...

Should I apply for Antelope in Wyoming or not???

My opinion: After all of the disdain for NR hunting and goalpost moving that has been happening with the WFG, if you have the time to hunt, I would be hunting. Go and hunt before they form another ridiculous, guide riddled, coalitional task force and put the proverbial nail in the NR's coffin...

    Broken Stuff

Knuckleheads welded that bolt to that piece of angle iron and then welded that to the mainframe forming that box…. I had to cut the thing apart with the torches and then burn a hole through the old bolt and then put a new bolt in it. I was at least smart enough to put the nut on the inside…...

Another article on Wyoming's tough winter

I'll take that snarky comment and see you a couple... If I draw a tag I will be out there hunting in your back yard because the WGF is in charge of setting the tag allotments. After all, they should be reducing and expanding the tags accordingly. Because, well, that's what we are ALL paying...

    New muzzleloader talk

Frustrating when a scope messes up on a guy. It puts a lot of doubt in a man's head for sure and it can be very costly to discover because you don't want to think that it's the scope that's causing the issue...To add insult to injury, it was the second Nikon scope that took a crap on me. I am...
