Generally speaking contracts for WMA and HMAs are being renewed now as season setting meetings and dates are being considered. Change over doesn't happen like crazy but it does happen.

The fun part will be pouring over the data afterwards. Will really show which ones are popular, sleeper, etc.

Not with any regularity, but the couple of times I have done it I felt like there were certainly things I learned.
