Gents when you have a moment could you recap the cost to get skulls, horns hides etc back CONUS ? Every time I look at this I stop the planning when I get to the logistics and taxidermist bill I would create :)

I never understood all those pronghorn tags in the past. Always seemed like a high number all over the place. I just assumed biologists doing their job and they were way overpopulated vs the herd management plans. Now it makes me wonder.

I thought I read somewhere that it would generate more revenue with that change due to more activity /user groups needing it to access the land and doing away with the daily fee at some. Key word there was I thought. I may have misread it also.
