    2022 Fishing thread

Ya I was actually wondering if I was correct calling them amberjacks or not. My buddy caught this one and it was an amberjack and I though it looked slightly different. I didn't notice a yellow tail on his but I didn't get much of a chance to look at it as they were not in season and we had to...

Wyoming Passes 90/10: The Worst Article You’ll Read This Year - by Guy Eastman

What a joke. Nothing like duping thousands of non-residents with a ponzi scheme to rob them of their hard earned money and slam the door in their face. I hope NR's form a class action lawsuit and bankrupt Game and Fish. At the end of the day I am just super happy that the residents now have a...

Utah Bill To Limit Compensation Locating Animals

Spears and Rocks traditional enough? lol Seriously though I think we need to pump the brakes on technology a bit in the hunting industry. I for one am glad to see they are doing away with Trail cameras during hunting seasons meant for patterning animals that are highly reliant on limited water...

Not trying to de-rail this topic but if they truly want to put hunting back into the equation they need to ditch the scopes on the "muzzleloaders"...lol $400,000 for a mule deer.....Yowza!

    Electronic Bow Sight

Personally, I feel a bit guilty even using a rangefinder. I would never hook something like this to my bow. That just me. Plus, if I did have it hooked to my bow the batteries would die or it would stop working about 10 minutes into my limited quota draw unit elk hunt....lol Thats just my luck.

Utah Bill To Limit Compensation Locating Animals

Nothing like drawing the tag of a lifetime where there are only 5 tags in an entire unit only to have "bird watchers" on every hilltop with a swarovski spotting scope attached to each truck window. "You guy hunting?" "No, we are looking for endangered white tipped ospreys this morning...."...

    Any gardeners on here?

We are planting an acre of potatoes this year and a couple rows of Onions. If I could figure out to do with all of these radishes I have in this deer food plot (that they didn't touch) I could likely solve world hunger...lol
