There are areas of the flattops that are nothing more than a tinder box waiting to go up in flames. Deadfall for miles in some places. ITs not a good situation. Without active timber management, this is mother natures way of taking care of things for sure.

Three traps fired this morning. No catch but it looks like I may have had a pull out. Very frustrated.

None yet. I cant keep the trash out of my sets. I missed a coyote on the first night I had the sets out. It stepped 1" to the left of my pan. I could see its pad print clear as a bell in the fresh dirt. It didn't even bother to work the dirt hole to get the bait which I though was weird. I...
