    Early Secret Santa Gift

I also have a Red Label in 20 ga. I would use the full & modified for Pheasants (Mod first & full second) and the Mod & Imp Mod for Quail (Imp Mod first & mod second). I am assuming it is also chambered for 3". When I use mine for Peasants I use 3" 6 shot and it really does a great job.

    missing tenderloins

Sorry about that, I only have deer tenderloins. All joking aside, that is a pretty sad situation not being able to trust the outfitter and his employees.

    Colorado Unit 81

Unit 81 is a pretty decent public land antelope hunt. I was turned on to it by another Forum member about 10 years ago. Limited tags and lots of points needed to draw it (around 15) will keep it the way it is currently for the future as long as CPW doesn't screw with it. I know the game warden...

    Wilderness horse back hunt

A little about the last hunt I did in Thorofare. Hunters stayed in nice wall tents, 2 to a tent (hunting partners with one guide). Tents had a nice wood burning stove that the Campjack started every morning at 4:30. Breakfast at 5:00. Sack lunches ready also. Leave camp around 5:30 on horseback...

    Wilderness horse back hunt

I have been on a bunch of these type of hunts (probably 20 to 25) in my 80 years, I have lost count. The one that the absolute best adventure was to Thorofare in the Teton Wilderness area in Wyoming. Stayed 6 nights and a 33+ mile horseback ride to get to camp. If you want to know more details...

    Wilderness horse back hunt

Unguided drop camp is another option. One thing to remember....in Wyoming a non resident hunting a wilderness area basically has to be on a guided hunt with an outfitter.

    Small Pistol Safe

If there were kids in our house, all my guns would be locked up all the time. When my son was growing up, we used to go shooting a lot and he knew about guns. I bought him a shotgun when he was 8, but it was locked up until time to go hunting or shooting.
