There are some deer in the area not alot but thats normal for nevada. Like was said find water and id hunt the north part of the unit. Try to make friends with any chucker hunters you come across. North of kings river area.

Question if you have 2 of these scopes do they both work on one range finder or do they only work with one ? Thinking about getting these but hunting with the wife i want to have one range finder that works with both scopes.

One thing to ask your self is DIY or are you willing to hire a guide? How long are you willing to wait for a tag? And what size animal will you be happy with? Some states have an outfitter draw that costs more $ but speeds up drawing. Some states may take a decade to draw that premium late...
