My brother in law was a lot like you, he would take injections and hobble through the hunting seasons and then put up with the pain for the rest of the year. Being a electrician and the normal work activity didn't help very much. Then his doctor told him that it was time for the replacement...
I also sent them a few bucks and about all I got in return was them asking for more.
I know that to get something like this going that money and people are needed but it appears that they didn't have the backers or so called ground pounders to get it pushed through. But the lack of petitions...
Just saw that this initiative died without getting very many signatures on their petition. From what they news reported last night they got less than 25,000 signatures.
I'll have to admit that I never did see one of their petitions. I was down in Denver and hit a few sporting goods stores...
When I was doing a lot of archery hunting I never did use a rangefinder. Even when I got a fancy sight on a compound bow that had the little boxes on it to use. But then I have always limited my shots to 50 yards or less and for the last few years that I hunted it was 30 yards or less. I also...

I've hunted a lot of the area on the Utah side and while it will be for the better in the long run it is sad to see all those trees turned into matchsticks.
Hopefully they'll get it under control before too much longer
I agree with CC but it could also depend on how fast you want to see if you can get into a training or safety class.
In my area we have a certified firearms instructor who once a month starts a class on basic firearm safety and shooting, he caters more to women for self defense but he also...
It'll be nice to get these draws out of the way so that we can pick and choose on left over tags.
There were a couple of tags in the secondary draw but I knew better than even think about putting in for them, I am sure that they all went to the youth.
But there will be a few decent tags...
