075 early elk tag for me with 18 points. So excited! I hunted it last year with a landowner muzzleloader tag. I got a beautiful 6x7 and hoping for an even bigger one this year.
Thanks guys! We lost our home in a wildfire in 2020. I had a trophy room with a lifetime of memories. My sweet wife told me "You get to start all over again". I have a new barn with lots of wall space to work on filling up. Again, I appreciate this form and its members!
I'm on a roll...last night after dinner, I went up on the top of my property looking for a blacktail buck I've been trying to get. Well, I found him right before last light. Had to get my wife away from the dishes to help me recover him, ha ha!

I really want my first life size mount but man it's expensive! Any ideas from you guys on pose or position? Right...
Thanks guys! It was a great experience and better trophy than I expected. My goal was a mature billy and to have a good time doing it. All boxes checked!
Just got home from a successful mountain goat hunt in southwest montana. It took four days of hunting to get it done on a 9 1/14" billy. Hard hunt at 55, but very rewarding experience with good friends to help me out.
We lost our home in a Northern California wildfire last year and I lost all of my hunting gear. I would have hunted with my Mathews Creed for 5 more years since I hate New bows if the old one is still doing what it's supposed to. I bought a new Mathews V3 and can't say enough good things about...
