I am hunting 3rd season in unit 18 28 37 371 in 3rd season looking for snow help on where to hunt

I didn't get drawn for the unit I usually hunt. I got a left over tag deer tag and a bull tag in unit 18 28 37 and 371. I am trying to get some help on hunting deer and bull elk. If any one could help me.
