It’s the most expensive protein you could probably eat lb for lb. Elk in my favorite but I make a lot of jerky and grind out of Mule Deer.

I’m still using Votex tri pods. The tricer pods look nice but seem spendy. I haven’t had any time with the ones you listed.

There is plenty of water in each of those areas. Lots of springs and seeps. Like Jim said have a look on Spartan and look for water sources.
