Went out solo on a last minute tag I grabbed in Nv. took a small buck before a big storm was rolling to fill my tag. 250 yard across canyon with my Savage .308. Hit a hair back and high but still got the job done.

I would have to agree. Give it a try. If there is bears in the area no reason they won’t hit it. They are eating hard right now putting on weight for the winter.
