I remember in 2014 driving to WY and buying a NR deer tag at a hardware store and hunting the next day.

Got my NR unit 80 deer tag! Now I can start my deep dive and really learn the unit. Planning on bowhunting in September.

I applied for unit 80 this year, will see in a week or so the results.

I am for this. The system the last few years was terrible. I also like the fact you can apply for elk, deer, pronghorn OR sheep, goat, moose. Cannot apply for both categories. Might help the odds a bit on the sheep side.
