I've hunted all three 3,4, and 5, but d3 keeps pulling me back. I've pulled deer from all 3, d5 having the most mulies, but d3 seems to have more animals. What's your experience? With about 10%+/- success rate, a lot of the zone goes untouched IMO. Spending a considerable amount of time up there this year, 2 deer tags and a bear tag, stay tuned for pics!

I've hunted all 3, D3 is a little too thick for me. D4 is a little better and D5 has more of the open high country I like to hunt. The only problem is D5 is a little too far away for me to hunt consistently. I hunt the low country of D3 some since its close to home and I hit the high country of D4.

I killed a bear in D4 today, first time I've hunted any of that country. I was surprised at the number of bucks I saw and the country is pretty nice too. Can't wait to hunt bear there again next season.

Bears all over that country, i saw 2- 5 a day and had one try and jump in my sleeping bag with me during archery season. Personally I can't stand them, but I wish more people would hunt them.

Well if I cannot connect with one in B zone and I suppose you could twist my arm to help thin the herd in your neck of the woods!

Bad year for B zone...I think the houndsman tore it up last year as this years sightings for me have been WAY down.
