If you had to pick the best state to hunt for a monster bck which would you pick? Would you save points up, or if available buy a land owner tag? Guided or unguided? If guided who would you choose? Gun or Bow?

I would hunt my backyard. i would take devils garden ca archery or eley nevada archery. A guide would help but the feeling of doing it yourself is so much more gratifying. which ever way you go about it as long as your out there, your a hunter in my book!

I was under the impression you can but only with a resident guide. To be honest I haven't researched it.
Well I seen on driven TV, tv show, they went shed hunting up there with cody, they wanted to hunt but cody said only res can hunt mulies in sask? Still I would take some of his whitetail hunting as well

I saw that episode as well. I was drooling. Alot of his deer footage is amazing. I may be wrong on this but I thought I once overheard a conversation where a guy spends 20-27k a year to go and hunt muleys up there. Regardless its a "dream" hunt. Let me keep dreaming damnit! :)

The high plains of Colorado
compressed try 1st time.jpgdad.jpgI agree with crimson arrow. Colorado eastern plains. These guys are about a 2 hour drive and don't take any point to draw. It doesn't matter if it is bow or muzzleloader as long as the corn is still standing.Who could ask for anything more!
