He is going guided that I know of, he is looking into outfitters. Do you know of any?

I would go with Josh Martoglio. I hunted with him in 2017 and he's one of the best.

I had a unit 4 sheep tag in 2019, hunted with Justin Jarrett. Steep rough unit, beatiful sheep country. Justin did a great job, good equipment and horses.
Depressing thinking I woould have to buy a governor's tag to go again.
