Thanks. Although those geniuses at CVA didn't drill and tap the front of my barrel for sights and It was a present....so its what I have to work with.

smokepoles are legal here but you gota use iron sights, no pellet powder , exposed nipples only(sounds like that should be a grand thing, right.) and no sabots allowed.

They say that it is legal in Idaho, and it past muster here in Colorado. All it is doing is placing a iron peep sight on with a insert on the front sight.
