Thank you for posting that. I submitted my comments in support of hopefully stopping the selling of "scouting packages". I am not an outfitter, nor do I use outfitters, so I don't see this issue as welfare for outfitters as some do. I do view it as a crummy thing to do to other hunters, and I also view it as a commercial activity occurring on public lands. Just my opinion, others will surely disagree.
