It's crazy how some of the hunts jump 2-3 points in one year and some go down a point or 2. Sometimes if you went regular you would have drawn but if you went special you would not have. WY is one of the hardest elk states to get dialed in on, to me at least.

I think the group of guys at the top end of the point pool are just trying to get out. Snipe a unit that doesn?t need max and then throw things off a bitz
