Seriously, this is good stuff guys.

Nothing at all against DIY in the kitchen, but this stuff is so easy to use and you get fantastic results.

I made 2# of antelope jerky to share at a boy scout trip this past weekend, using their 'inferno' blend and it was gone, as in: "devoured". It was plenty hot for those that like hot stuff, but the flavor is there too. Their mixes really compliment the meats. I know. I'm a fan. Still, they have a broad range of flavors to try.

My favorite is their "sweet and spicy". Good luck guys! Not sure if I'm gonna go after it, as I know Santa is bringing me some, but it really is great stuff that is fun to use. [emoji38]

Todd has a great method for using their kits to make breakfast sausage. It really makes this pretty easy and enjoyable.
