Just got my tag from the leftover license today.

Has anyone received their conservation stamp yet? The $12.50 was charged after the initial draw. I haven't received it yet, and when I look at my available tags/licenses, the buy button is grayed out. No option to print a duplicate.

Has anyone received their conservation stamp yet? The $12.50 was charged after the initial draw. I haven't received it yet, and when I look at my available tags/licenses, the buy button is grayed out. No option to print a duplicate.

It's grayed out because you already bought it. You need to go to previously purchased licenses and print it, or save it to your phone. I just saved mine to my phone. That's a new option this year, instead of having to carry a paper copy.
