Mule deer tag finally showed up today. No regulations with it though. Does Wyoming mail those as well, or do I have find it on their website? I want to make sure I’m doing everything by the book. Is only an orange hat required, certain number of square inches?

You pay $3 for a duplicate license.
What if your license is lost in the mail and you never receive it? Still have to pay for the duplicate? And still only $3 for non-resident?

Just curious because my brother, who lives five miles from me has received both his deer licenses, and his antelope licenses. Me, I've only got deer licenses so far. Maybe today.

If it gets lost in the mail, I'd contact the G&F. Nothing ever gets lost in the mail though

Has anyone received the conservation stamp as of yet? I checked the box to approve acquiring one if I drew. When I log into the site it?s a grayed out option meaning I?ve already purchased it or isunavailable.

When you receive your tag it is on it. Not necessarily a stamp but it has the number on the license.

Colorado does the same thing, you will never actually get a stamp it just shows that you purchased one.

I believe you're supposed to print out your conservation "stamp." That's what I've always done in the past. I'm in the same situation now, I paid the $12.50 but haven't printed it yet. Guess I'll have to log in and see if that's an option.

Okay, here's the deal- log in like you're going to purchase licenses. Click on "Previously purchased products" which will be way down at the bottom. There you will see your conservation stamp and there will be options to either save it, or print it. New this year, you now can save the image to your mobile device instead of printing it. That's what I did.

I think this link will get you where you need to go:

Does anyone know another phone number to get a hold of the WGFD about licenses lost in the mail? I've called eight times in the last 45 minutes and just get a busy signal. I'm calling the Cheyenne office at 307-777-4600.

Never mind. I finally got through after over an hour of trying. I was told the licenses were mailed out on July 17th and there's nothing they can do until it's been three weeks. That doesn't seem like much time, being that the season for my antelope tags begins on August 15th. Sounds like I have to wait until August 7th to call back if I still haven't received my licenses in the mail. That's not much time if I were planning to start hunting on August 15th. Luckily I'm not planning to leave home until September 7th for our hunt.

Just get the addresses of the DOW offices near where you are planning on hunting or in a town that you might be driving through. Then if nothing else you can stop by and see if you can get a duplicate license.

Yeah, I thought of that. That may be what I end up having to do, since I'm not sure I want to trust the licenses to get here by mail again. We could probably drive through Cody on our way to Thermopolis, as I believe there is a WGFD office there? The problem is, I believe our plan was to leave home Friday morning, which means we won't be getting into Wyoming until Saturday morning. It's rather inconvenient to have to change our plans just so I can get my licenses. Would I be able to get duplicate licenses at any license dealer or does it have to be at a WGFD office?

You could check and see if their license vendors can sell duplicates. I know that in Colorado that vendors can, it is just finding someone that knows what they are doing.
