For all the Turkey hunters out there who have shot, thought for sure they hit the mark, but that old tommy got away. He was a likely a terminator Turkey sent to the past to protect other Turkey's.
Good luck this season!

Reminds me of last year, 2 misses in 1 day. First Tom at 10 feet right off the roost shot over his head. 2 hrs later another bird, huge Tom 20 yards with 3.5" triple beard & he flew away. Still don't know what went wrong on the second one.

We've all been there, or will be at some point.
I had a Tom at maybe 7 yards one time, and missed.
3.5" 6 shot, xxx undertaker choke, and I even aimed right for the middle of his body, because I was afraid I'd miss his head. Yep, watched him run all the way across a 40.

I agree with Scott, that thing is awesome!

I let a turkey ruin me a few seasons ago. I missed him the 1st time I ever saw him and after that I hunted him and only him for the rest of that season and the next. He had the longest, fullest beard I've ever seen! He died of natural causes LOL, man that was one wise old bird.

That is what a 10ga shooting BB's is for.

They are real deadly on a feathered one also.
