Anybody else having problems accessing the digital magazines?

I received an email in Feb. that EHJ was available, but did not receive anything in March for the latest EBJ. When I look at my digital library EBJ 95 is the latest issue and EHJ 155 is the latest one there.

I've emailed customer service, but was hoping someone here had a quick fix sooner than the 3-5 business days it said it would take for a response.

Also, use the drop down and look at the features, all articles are up. MRS will be there tomorrow.

Thanks for the help. I got the magazine in the app on my wife's iPad. I see the articles individually under features now. It was just in a different place than I viewed before.

I checked my spam folder and didn't see an email. We'll see what customer service has to say I guess.

To clarify this, every article from here on out will be up on the website. HOWEVER, the best presentation and viewing will be through the app.

As we type, I am finishing up the MRS for 100 for the desktop viewer. The desktop will have all of the content and will be mobile friendly, but the app will be the better experience overall.

I'm resurrecting this thread. I can view my subscription on Apple devices, but when I try to view on desktop, it acts like I don't have a subscription. There is a orange button at the bottom of the article that says upgrade subscription. Click that and it takes me to the page to sign up and pay for the subscription.
