this is crazy, a couple years ago there was a large number of elk that fell through ice to their death at palisades. hate seeing it but nature is nature and it shall take its course.

We lost a pretty good size herd of elk this year in OR. They all broke through the ice while crossing and couldn't get out.

50 more in payette the other day from eating Japanese yew. Not sure but they may have been Oregon lopes wintering in Idaho since I don't think there are many antelope in that part of unit 32

Yea it seems like the elk get into it every year up in sun valley. Apparently it is a very common ornamental
