A lot of you guys make me hungry with your cooking post. I thought I would return the favor. Served up a lot of "Wyoming " Antelope this weekend. Cheese & Jalapeno Summer Sausage , Peppered Antelope Burger, Cheese & Jalapeno Bratwursts and Antelope Jerky. As always it was great, everyone loved it. I pickup up a couple doe permits and plan on bring back a lot of meat from my Antelope hunt.Antelope 4 Ways

That looks pretty delicious! Archery antelope starts in 12 days here and draw for rifle is next week.

We do the same CrossCreeks. My wife usually picks some up from the local grocery store.
