KUIU Garage Sale

KUIU will be having garage sale this coming Saturday, May 14th in Dixon, CA. Has anybody been at their garage sales before? Does it worth to go? Do they sale used or new stuff?

It takes me about 45 minutes to drive there, just wondering if we would have good time if we go there.

Items range from used that were replaced on warranty, to "dirty" (worn once outside, marked/smudged, returned with pet hair all over it) returns. The heavy majority of it is lightly marked returns or factory blemished pieces. There are over 3,000 pieces in the Garage Sale this year.

In addition we will have 9 guest companies there to showcase their product and cause, and to hang out with like-minded members of the community. Free catered taco lunch and raffle prizes throughout the event too.

It will start at 10am with the early-bird raffle (tickets will be handed out when you get in line)... then the free-for-all will ensue.

Some guys spent the night in line last year. I'm sure more will do the same again. We have some new rules in place that will keep people from charging in and hoarding armloads of gear before the rest of the line even makes it in.
