Ivory,
Try these http://www.simmsfishing.com/shop/footwear/g3-guide-boot-felt.html or any felt bottom boot and add cleats or alumitreads for extra traction on slippery rocks. You can also get these with the rivertread sole. One suggestion about the cleats or alumitreads, if you use a drift boat at all make sure to not wear studs, cleats, or treads. These are not made for inside of a drift boat, only for wading.
I wear 11, do these size a little big or small? will be over 5mm neo.

I wear breathable waders with neoprene feet that are probably 3m neoprene. They really fit true to size for waders. So if you wear an 11 you should by an 11, however with 5m neoprene you may want to go up at least a half size. If it were me I would go by a local flyshop and at least try on a pair of Simms wading boots with a pair of waders. Even if they don't have the exact Simms boot you're looking for any Simms boot will give you a good idea of how they fit.

Well its been a good year for big lakers for me and I got a couple more big uns lately..

Here is one from yesterday it was one of the thickest fish I have gotten this year just a bit over 37" long. I am 6'4" tall and 225# with big hands and I could not get my hand around the smallest part of the tail.

Just got a portable ice hut and a flasher... Have to say sometimes moving out of the stone age as far as gear has helped me be more mobile, fish new lakes, and has helped put more fish on the ice.
