Typically, I process all my own animals. But, just in case while we are antelope hunting and need some help does anyone have recommendations for a meat processor in the Buffalo, WY area?
My huntin bud had an elk cut up at Big Horn Meat Cutting a few years ago. He was happy with the job they did. He didn't have anything processed such as sausage, slim jims, etc. Just cut up and froze. They also sell dry ice there too. Can't remember details on price but I think they are the only game in town.
