Have they even released quotas for the trophy animals? I've only seen deer,elk, and antelope quotas.

Not officially yet. The only thing somewhat official that I've seen was in their email from the meeting where they set all of the quotas, and what they did mention was general species wide and not about individual areas.

Just checked the site and they put up the quotas for the trophy animals today. You can find them in the WGFD Regulations page

I wouldn't say it's necessarily running! I haven't been able to get it to search for any names yet.
