Same here to the T! Jumped one at 150 yards deer hunting this passed season. He was on a doe kill under a tree. Scared the living shizz outta me. Wish I had a gun! He would posed up nice on this thread.

This dog fell to the Primos Alpha Dogg and my 257 Weatherby. Would have used my .204 but it was getting hydro dipped at the time. 257 did a great job with 100 Grain Nosler Ballistic Tips, pencil hole in and nothing out at 132 yards. made a bloody mess of everything under the hide though.

My son Brandon shot this bear last week. This big boar was eating onions but was only about 500 yards downwind of a group of elk. I'm sure he was waiting for calves to drop - Brandon saved a few elk with this big bear kill. Photos of him before the shot and after.
