I have a 12'x16' Davis wall tent with 5' side walls a few years old with the tent frame, stove jack, extra large stakes, and carry bags. New for everything is about $1250 looking for $750. Has a few holes, but they have been patched, also have a few extra patches to throw in. Tent set up is about 20 minutes for one person, sleeps 4 with wood stove and large area for food table would sleep 6 on cots without wood stove. I'm by Cheyenne Wyoming would meet or ship possibly.
