2015 Colorado Regs

I just got off the phone with Colorado Parks & Wildlife and the Sheep & Goat regs will be out mid February.

Cool. Any word if they're thinking about going to a more normal point system? Like with how they do it for deer, elk and antelope? I'm sure they'd get a huge influx of cash if they started offering points only options for $50-100 and not have to submit the tag fee. Hope they don't though. You gotta be serious about it to apply how it is now.

They just set a new 5 year plan, so doubt if there will be any changes until it is up.
