If you did one or two hundred reps and the can remained closed you may have got something out of it Tim. I dont believe laxwyo's workout counts.
Well that is good to know, it sounded to me like he was cheating by gradually reducing the weight with each curl. I am planning on really challenging myself tomorrow while watching the playoffs. I am going to try some 16oz. curls, I'll be sure to reduce the reps a bit, don't want to hurt myself.

On a more serious note, I do need to get started with cardio here very soon.

I'll be doing the same 16oz workout as you today. I'm off Monday, so I'm going full bore!!

I am glad you two are taking it to the next level. I am very impressed. Make sure to watch yourselves when you get to the 32oz big boys. Lets hope laxwyo takes note and steps up his training regime.... Lol!
Hope ScottR doesn't mind us highjacking the thread with a little humor! I needed it after the hated treadmill this mourning. 45 min. at a fast walk of 4 mph - 2 degrees of elevation. 15 min. at 12 degree then some abs. I don't run anymore as I am trying to save my 57 year old knees for the high country!

Did a few 12oz. curls myself today during the Beaver's game. Does that count as exercise?
And I figured I'd stay away from this thread to reduce the amount of guilt I'm putting on myself!! The Insanity DVD's have dust on them and the gym pass is in the bottom of my truck console!! I'm very glad to see someone else is doing what I've been doing!!!

Should be getting my tractor tire tonight. I will be stopping off at the hardware store on my lunch break to buy a sledge hammer...

Hijack away, this made me laugh. However, the game's outcomes didn't... Always next year I suppose.

Couldn't do anything yesterday because I was on the road but today I resumed with just cardio. Will lift on Wednesday and Friday. Cardio is difficult but I am enjoying it more then I thought

Been doing crossfit 2-3 times per week the last month along with a weighted hike on the weekends. Got spoiled being home over the holidays. Back on the road now and keeping the focus. Hit the hotel gym tonight for 20 min of cardio followed by dumbbell rows, shoulder press, lunges, and push ups.
