The best thing with the Ulmer's is you can put the set screw in and shoot your broadhead as a practice head. I really like that. That said Rages work well with one of my setups but my new bow they seem unstable. I've got some of the shuttle t loks ill be playing with this summer.

Shuttle t's have worked great for me. Fly very well even at long distance. Go through everything I shoot at. As long as I hit what I'm aiming at :)

Switched to Slick Trick standards 100gr. last year and have found my broadhead. Shot a real nice mule deer buck and a whitetail doe and both were short recoveries. Hitting them in the right spot accounts for most of that and the broadhead really makes them bleed.

For what it's worth, I just picked up a pack of QAD Exodus on sale to try out, and I am getting 6-7 inches deeper penetration than my slick trick mags. They seem to fly a little quieter too.

Agreed, I think they will be my choice for this year. They are flying great for me. The Ramcats were good too, but they were too wide for my quiver.

The Ulmer Edges have worked well for me over the past year. So far a grizzly, black bear, blacktail and whitetail. They fly just like fieldpoints (and as mentioned you can shoot them with the set screw in test each arrow prior to hunting). They penetrate just fine out of my 62 to 64# bows with 375 gr 55-75 Goldtip hunters at about 280 fps. They are going stone sheep hunting next week.

Just popped on some new Slick Tricks last weekend and man am I impressed! Popped off the field point and put on the broadhead and saw no difference in the arrow flight or accuracy. I jumped out to 50 pretty quick. I have never felt this comfortable shooting a broadhead. I have always shot Muzzy's and would always have to make adjustments once the broadhead went on. I am no bow expert especially when it comes to tuning and whatnot but this experience really excited me and I am feeling great about my shot confidence. One week until I'm out chasin mulies!!

In my personal opinion you have selected three of the vert best heads available.
No bad choice either way.

Just purchased 12 of the Shuttle T's. I heard they were the cats meow for elk. I'll let you know how they shoot, and when I have my bull on the ground, how good the blood was, etc. :)

I shot shuttle T's last year, and the shot great.. Started shooting broadheads about 2 weeks ago, and couldn't get the heads to group for anything.. I really didn't want to change anything on my bow, since field points were shooting so well, so I bought a pack of Ulmer Edges.

They. Are. Awesome.

Probably more accurate than my field points. I can't wait to run one through a big ol buck or bull.

I was out shooting yesterday afternoon and I cant get over how well the SlickTrick 125 Magnums shoot with 2" Blazer vanes!! At 60 yds I couldn't shoot the same dot on the target for fear of messing up other arrows. I like the fact that the blades are almost twice as thick as other brands of broadheads.
