Zeiss xxx

Been looking at some used binoculars and came across a pair of zeiss victory ht 10x42 that had xxx stamped on the under side. The seller said they came from cabelas that way and there was nothing wrong or abnormal about them.

Seemed like an unusual mark and I was wondering if anyone else had come across this before. I wouldn't want to spend good money on factory seconds.

That is accurate info, bought many things in bargain cave and they mark it with a xxx to keep people from returning an item and getting full price. Keep in mind the seller already got them for a discount price at Cabelas, got to cameraland to check pricing

The moose meat was so good it's all gone. Everyone who tried it around here agreed it was better than any venison.
