I was wondering if anybody can give me a reference as to how the yellow units listed in the Eastman MRS for Wyoming would compare to an over the counter Idaho tag? I have hunted the Lemhi Elk management area before and had mixed results. Good action one year and basically nothing the second year. Are the yellow Wyoming units better than the OTC units in Idaho. Just need a comparison. I have max points in Wyoming and was looking for good second and third choices.

Ok, no replies so i will make it simple. Does anybody have an opinion of Wyoming limited entry units with ample public land, compared to Idaho,or even Colorado OTC units. I've already put in for Wyoming, just don't know what to expect. I would think the ones with 10-15% odds would be better than OTC since Wyoming does have a general tag too.

Any Wyoming limited entry unit will have way better bulls than most Colorado OTC units. Just be careful about units with access issues.
