Can't speak for Rock Springs but the other areas are fine. Central part of state is doing ok, no significant winterkill. 53 saw hundreds of Colorado animals migrate through over the winter. If you have the PP to draw those areas then you are sitting good. Antelope hunting in Central and SE Wyoming will be great this year barring a very late blizzard this spring. Areas north of 53 would be worth looking into also. Population numbers are up in our part of the state. I betting over towards Rawlins are going ok too.

I live in Rock Springs and work in area 58. There are a ton of healthy antelope running around out here. I wouldn't be too terribly worried.

Oh come on, I have a buddy from Arkansas, who knows a guy in North Dakota, that talked to a friend who knows a guy in Rock Springs...he said the pronghorn all winter killed.

I worked all around Rock Springs last week, pronghorn numbers look to be doing quit well, saw several good bucks. Elk are starting to grow their antlers, deer numbers seemed to be lower than usual in the little mountain area from what I've seen in the last 3-4 years. Could have been just looking in the wrong spots, I don't know.

All antelope in Wyoming died. Throw your pp's away. If you have to hunt Wyoming, hunt unit 16 or go to Montana.
