Wyoming group preference point question

I am pretty sure this has been discussed before, but I didn't find the answer and what I did find I want to confirm.

Does Wyoming average a groups preference points and then round up? For example, a 4 person group applies with 2 PP each for 3 people and 0 PP for 1 person. Would the group apply has a 2 PP group since the group average would be 1.5 PP's?

Pretty certain its an average, no rounding. For 1.5 points, you would draw after people with 2 and before people with 1.

Yep, like the previous post said, they don't round to a whole number.

They round to 5 decimal places.
