Wyoming Elk unit 117

I live and hunt in the Black Hills of South Dakota and would love more opportunities to hunt the Elk in the Hills I love. I am 1 point behind max and feel like I will never get to draw unit 1 (which would be the preferred hunt) anyone have any experience in unit 117. I am do it yourself on public land hunter. I know there is a limited amount of public in 117 but what there is looks like it should hold elk.

any info would be greatly appreciated.

I'll second that Go Deep....try to pay a trespass fee or forget it.
