I think I know the answer to this, but I want to make sure. So I apply for a full price general wyoming elk license and buy the point, is that point for 2017?

If you don't draw you will get a point for next year....it does not go to this years draw

Thats what I thought. Im having some sort of mental block today, must be to much blood in my captn morgan system.
