Wy unit 128

Does anyone know anything about this unit. My son has a unit 24 tag this fall. I have a couple of friends with the gen elk tag. We were thinking of potentially camping together with them hunting 128 and us in 24. Any help would be great.

It is surrounded by units that are hard to draw and is a unit I would consider scouting if I had a general tag but I dont think most of it holds many elk.
