What is the height range? I am interested. I need a tripod for my chrono. Is it very sturdy?

It goes from 25" to 61". It will support up to 11 lbs. I used it with my dslr camera and long lens and it worked great. It also has a hook on the bottom to hang weight on it to make it more stable.
