While vacationing in Alaska a few weeks ago, my Zeiss bino's had a problem with the focus knob. I was worried this meant I would not have them for the opening of Montana's archery elk and deer season this weekend. I sent them to Zeiss in Valdez, Ak with a note of what was wrong and the fact I was really hoping to have them back for the opener. Well, last thursday I received them back from Zeiss at my home in Montana, working great and even cleaned, all at NO CHARGE! With all the bad customer service we have today and the fact not very many folks stand behind their products, I was really happy I went with Zeiss and will continue to do so in the future!

There is definitely something to be said about quality companies these days! Glad they took care of you. Always good to hear these stories
