I thought I would put this out here because it affects all of us. I do not feel that wolves need to be eliminated as they are a part of the landscape just like we are. They do need to be controlled through hunting and trapping so that their numbers are kept in balance with other species. These decisions on management also need to be made by professional wildlife biologists and not some clown sitting behind a desk in an office back east some place who thinks he/she knows about everything wild!

Here are two events that touch on this, and I hope it creates some meaningful dialog.

David, thanks for posting this thread. I do believe that wolves must be kept at or slightly below set objectives! We're not scientists just hunters with voices that need to be heard!
