Recently installed W 10 and today I found out I can no longer download photos from my memory care onto the computer. A quick net search revealed quite a number of users with similar problems.

I've been on Win 10 for almost a year. Never had a problem. I'm guessing a store bought PC with pre loaded software? If so you can go to the mfg website then drivers section for your model and get the driver file for your card reader and reinstall. They may have a win 10 version but most drivers from 7+ should work. Type "device manager" in the search box (magnifying glass" next to the start icon), open device manager and see if the driver is lacking. There will be a yellow triangle over the device name in the device tree.
Also, which build are you on? 10568 is the latest. If you're back on 10240 I would get 10565.
