I'm sure hoping I can snatch one up, had a blast last year and dogs had fun this winter (if you can call it that). Gonna run the pups on coons until bear season rolls around again. Anybody draws and wants to hear some dogs and work your tail off let me know. It's a blast!

Hey Guys as Jason has said consistently treat the Bear tag as a Once in a Lifetime Tag. I did not get to personally hunt with Jason but he freely provided info and assistance to myself and buddies. And what a rush when the dogs "Blow Up" on the truck. Then the easy part is worth is really over!! Some day in my free time I will tell my story about my Beautiful Cinnamon Black Bear that was harvested in October 2014, until then put in for bear. Good luck and God bless

I'd love to have a spring and fall hunt in NV. Ol Katherine Bricker has opposed that everytime NDOW has brought it up. If the #s keep climbing like they have been then more tags could be a possibility in the future tho. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Jason I look forward to your updates every fall as you report on your trips. Almost as much as the draw results!

I will be trying again this year hopefully my name comes up.

Took the dogs out for some exercise, ran them about 6 miles and headed out. Not 500yds from where I loaded dogs up where bear tracks heading up the road. Grass is coming up but food is gonna be scarce even more so this year. Expect to hear a lot of bear conflict stories this year.
