Whats the law for deadheads

So whats the law about dead heads in Nv? What about road kill? Nice antelope just got hit down the road and would pick up the head but not going to chance breaking the law.

According to this GoHunt write-up, https://www.gohunt.com/read/life/ethics-of-shed-hunting, you can't pick up deadheads. According to my Instagram feed, everyone picks up frickin deadheads... GoHunt is based out of Nevada so I assume they know what they are talking about.
