Unit 33 or 34 for ftover cow elk?

Buddy and I decided to pick up a cow elk tag for the trip too. Figured it's better to have it and eat than not have it and be covered in elk.

We have region Y deer tags so we can hunt either unit. And unit 21 Lope tags but will prolly have them knocked out in the first day or two at most (from what the landowner says).

Any advice?

Both areas have significant private land, but if you are already out hunting deer either area could produce a cow/calf. Just depends on the weather...
