I've hunted Montana once and Wyoming twice, finally looking into going out Colorado to hunt some mule deer!!! We've been doing a lot of research trying to find out what unit we can draw with 0 PP, we have it narrowed down to 33 and 18, my question is, if anyone knows what 18 looks like after the fire in 2020? Is there good growth coming back or how bad it was burnt down... I'm sure both units will be heavily crowed with having OTC elk... and as far as 33 i was wondering how strenuous of a hunt it can be. we will most likely be doing a wall tent for both areas. endless you all have any recommendations on lodging around new castle??
