Sounds like Illinois politics as usual. Illinois is truly the most corrupt state in the nation. 4 of the last 7 governors have spent time in prison due to corruption charges. We have a guy running for Governor, J. B. Pritzker, that is on FBI wire tap tapes with Blago trying to buy a cabinet position in Blago's administration. Blago was the governor currently sitting in prison for trying to sell Obama's senate seat.

Its not all bad, IL just passed an 32% income tax increase and my property taxes went up by $1200, now to a total of $9480. Not.

At least with convicted felons in office you already know who they are.
